I have decided to join Hubpages in order to share some ideas and thoughts on everyday life and the health benefits of eating well. Garlic and Fresh Herbs pasta and Homemade Soda Bread are my favourites and I have written hubs on these subjects which I would love to share with you.

I live in Dublin Ireland and I am a mother of two grown up children and two grandchildren and love to cook but I do not like to spend too much time in the kitchen and that is why I love quick and easy dishes but it is so important to keep these as Healthy as possible….
